SHANGHAI WRITERS’ ASSOCIATION INVITES WRITERS FROM POLAND FOR A TWO-MONTH RESIDENCY IN SHANGHAI

The Shanghai Writers’ Association has been organizing residencies for writers from around the world since 2008. So far, the program has hosted 109 writers from more than 40 countries in Shanghai.

This year the program will run from September 1 to October 31, 2024.

The organizers will cover travel costs to Shanghai, accommodation and per diem of 150 yuan per day.

The application deadline is March 31, 2024. The list of residents selected by a committee of well-known Shanghai writers is usually announced in early May. Interested writers should fill out the application form and send it with attachments to the address on the following page.
