FRANCONIA SCULPTURE PARK | OPEN-CALL 2022 | WRITERS RESIDENCIES

Franconia Sculpture Park is an outdoor museum located in the Midwestern United States in the state of Minnesota. Founded in 1996, Franconia provides physically and intellectually wide-open spaces that inspire new ways of thinking through access to contemporary sculpture, installation, and land art.

The museum’s 2022 writers residency programme is aimed at writers of various genres.

Open call for the residency has started June 1, 2021.
Deadline for submitting applications: August 1, 2021.
Results: early September 2021.

Three to four accomplished writers will join the Writers Residency. They will receive a stipend, full room & board, and a two to a three-week residency at the 50-acre outdoor sculpture park. The writers-in-residence in this program will immerse themselves in the new environment and embrace the time and space to move forward in their work.
