Urszula Jabłońska

A journalist and author of non-fiction books. Winner of the Grand Press Award 2012 in the press reportage category and a nominee for the international True Story Award 2019. A Milena Jesenská Fellowship recipient at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna (2018) and a participant in the international literary program CELA (2019–2023). Author of the reportage books: “Człowiek w przystępnej cenie” [A Man at an affordable price], “Reportaże z Tajlandii” (2017) [Reportages from Thailand] and “Światy wzniesiemy nowe” (2021) [We shall build new worlds]. The latter won the Magellan Award in 2022. Her works are published in Poland’s leading magazines, such as Duży Format, Wysokie Obcasy, Pismo, and Polityka.
